They were so helpful when I called in a panic and helped direct me to take the proper steps to getting the best care for my baby and took best of care of my baby while she was there all the staff was kind and answered all my questions and were patient and understanding when I called repeatedly to get updates. Truly thankful for them
Dr. Q was amazing & saved my cat's life! I appreciated her level of communication with me during the initial admittance and subsequent care. I don't know what caused the toxic episode he had. But he'd apparently been bitten by something. ( I'm just wondering why your ER for not carry anti-venom for black widow or brown recluse spiders. )
Quick service. So sweet to my dog. Staff was helpful and listened to the details of my dog's problem. Meds available then and there.
They are really informative and they took our issues to heart. All staff were very warm and welcoming and I always feel that I am in great hands with them
The entire staff was very friendly and caring to our needs. The waiting room and treatment rooms were extremely clean.. We were seen and treated very quickly. And the discharge process was also seamless. I wish they would be my primary vet.
The service and attention of Dr. Burr and the whole staff.
Both the nurse that was working in the ER when Geo initially checked in and the doctor too. They were very loving to him. Also there was a shoulder-length blond that brought Geo into the room for my visit with him on Saturday 8/29. I didn't catch her name or what her role was. She seemed very friendly and invested in Geo's antics and demeanor. Those were the staff that stood out to me.
Hilary is the best she always shows us compassion and always going out of her way to help is with Mandy. And Mandy LOVES Hilary
