The tech we met on our initial visit. When I was waiting with Bianca yesterday, she brought out a dog to its owners. On the way back, she stopped and said hello to Bianca even remembering her name. What a vivid display of kindness and customer care! Words fail to adequately describe how highly I value and appreciate Dr. Rexing. In my 75 years and 30 years of Samoyed rescue, I've met only one other vet (my vet in Illinois for 30 years) who's on par with him.

I would like to Thank the tech that was helping me. She was very caring helpful answered all my questions and explain the whole procedure very well. She kept in contact with me after Sadie's surgery and coming home. But I would like to think everyone for the amazing work that you all do. Thank you.

Hilary, the assistant, is absolutely wonderful. She's very professional and thorough in her intake procedures and questions about Monty's health history and what they are hoping to accomplish in this appointment. Kudos to her! She is a great asset to LVVSC Clinic and hospital .
