they really cared about Jack, my dog, I was extremely worried about him when I took him in at 10 p.m. When we left to go home at about 11 p.m. he looked a lot better and 2 days he was back to his normal self. I cant thank the doctor and staff enough.

I never once felt rushed, and it was clear that the well-being of my pet was their top priority.

Overall very good care. After hours waiting times a bit long, but i understand they are not fully staffed on overnight shift. Reached out to me with updates multiple times a day. Allow visitations and phone calls. Very friendly staff from front desk to doctors. Prices are high, but again it is an emergency unit.
