Star Wars Michelle at the reception desk is outstanding. She knows you by name and your dog my name and connects with people. The rest of the staff follow suit. Amy, Dr. Weinstein's tech spent a lot of time talking and communicating with us so mommy and daddy were calm when separated from the patient

My cat Merp wouldn't be alive right now without the expert medical care that was provided at VECC. I am so grateful for all your efforts and hard work saving his life. They saved my Mini Schnauzer's life. Kash was in the ICU for 7 days, and they brought him back. He was diagnosed with diabetes, pancreatitis, and DKA. Dr. Lee and her team are the best, and I would not second-guess bringing Kash back to VECC.

The doctors, nurses, technicians, and all staff at Vet+CC have saved my cats' lives and one of my dogs' lives more than a few times. I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care they have provided to my fur babies over the years. The level of care, expertise, advanced equipment, and resources available at VetCC are truly the best. I have complete peace of mind knowing that when my pets are there, they are receiving the very best medical care possible. Just as importantly, I can tell that they are receiving genuine love, compassion, and comfort while I'm not there with them. One thing that means so much to me is seeing how comfortable my pets have become with the staff. The first and second visits were understandably stressful, but when we return for follow-ups, their anxiety is noticeably less. They recognize the doctors, nurses, and technicians who have cared for them before, and I can see that they feel safe and comfortable with them. That speaks volumes about the way the staff treats their patients. I truly wish every veterinary practice provided the same level of care, expertise, honesty, compassion, and advanced equipment that VetCC does. When your fur babies are sick or in an emergency, you want to know they are in the hands of people who genuinely care and have the knowledge and resources to give them the best chance possible.
