Doctor Reynolds and all staff members were very kind and accommodating to my dog Cali. Dr Reynolds took the time to explain Cali's condition and options for treatment. I am very grateful to all staff at their clinic for helping us improve Cali's health.

From start to finish absolutely excellent 1. Answered my emergency call promptly put me on with a medic who further answered my questions. 2. Granted me immediate appointment. 3. Met me at the front desk with prompt registration. 4. Sent a medic out immediately to see my dog and answer my questions and assess her 5. and took her right back. 6. Very shortly the Australian veterinarian came out to talk to me. He was very informative very knowledgeable. Explained things to me in common terms gave me choices and was very calm. He could not have been better. I would recommend this Dr to anyone in the world. 7. The price was not bad for an emergency. 8. They checked me out with ease, gave me instructions written down and reassurance that they were open all night. 100% EXCELLENT

All staff was great. The only problem was with the parking. You need your own building with your own parking lot.
Dr. Burr did an amazing job of explaining our pet's issues so we could make the right decisions for her.
Even though I recived the terrible news my baby girl is terminal , the vet and staff were compassionate and caring . They didnt make me feel like they had better things to do. While in the room my pup and I felt heard. Thank you
