Brought my pet into the ER and she was seen immediately. And for any follow up visits she has been seen on time and for tests that I have brought her in for, the results have been provided with the proposed wellness plan prior to leaving the office.

People are super nice and they are open 24x7 365. Our dog ate part of a razor blade on Christmas morning and they were open and took very good care of her. Saved our Christmas!

The front desk/check out staff are courteous, efficient and caring. Due to the nature of my pet's condition I always call ahead because I'll need help bringing her in and they're on the ball. The vet tech who helped me prior to check out was very sympathetic and informative for my last set of instructions. Dr Weiser was fabulous, patient, kind, knowledgeable about my pets condition and identifying underlying conditions that may apply to the diagnosis, and familiarity with medications that wouldn't affect underlying conditions. As this was an escalating medical incident, it was a relief to see the doctor put all of the factors together. The discharge instructions were very detailed on what was considered in the diagnosis (which corrected earlier diagnoses). I appreciated her patience and am so glad that she was on duty when I came in.

The receptionist, vet tech and Doctor were all so very kind, helpful and supportive to me and my baby.
