The neurological staff is beyond amazing

We had such an incredible experience with the entire team here. Our 13-year-old dog, Maisy, was admitted in heart failure and ended up staying for two nights. It was an incredibly scary situation for us, but from the moment we arrived, we truly felt like she was in the best hands. Every doctor we interacted with was incredibly informative, patient, gentle, and caring. They took the time to explain what was happening, answer all of our questions, and make sure we felt comfortable with her care. We were able to get updates whenever we needed them, which gave us so much peace of mind. The night nurses and technicians were just as amazing. Knowing that Maisy was not only receiving excellent medical care, but was also being loved on and spoiled while we weren't there, meant everything to us. I also really appreciated being able to stop by and visit her whenever I wanted during her stay. Most importantly, they were able to pull our little 13-year-old girl out of heart failure and get her back home with us. The entire experience felt seamless, compassionate, and incredibly well managed from beginning to end. I never once questioned whether she was being cared for. We are so grateful to every doctor, nurse, and technician who helped Maisy. Thank you for taking such amazing care of our girl during one of the scariest moments we've had with her. I truly cannot recommend this team enough.
