Great service and very caring staff. The wait time can be longer than expected but they do their best to help. Also depends on how much pets/animals are being admitted and the severity too. Night shift is the best

First and foremost, Dr. Quellhorst and Dr. Herr!! But the entire staff must be recognized! While I was feeling stress, anxiety, and some fear, for my dogs' well being. The entire staff made feel like my dog was in the best hands possible, and they were going to do everything in their power, to make sure he pulled through!!! And he did. Thank you very much!!! I can't tell you how much I appreciate everyone's efforts!!! Thank you!!!

I come from a family full of veterinarians who all own an animal hospital on the East Coast. I gotta say the entire staff was professional and friendly at the same time. It's always a scary experience bringing your dog into the emergency room. I never thought I'd be away from my veterinary family but I felt right at home here. Our doctor was particularly professional and her manner was absolutely excellent given all the conditions. She was honest and candid and warm and we really appreciated her talents.
