Customer service was great, although they were very busy and there was a long wait when we were seen they took great care of my pup.
Service was good and staff was very friendly and helpful but took almost 30 minutes to be seen. I know Vets get backed up but no one conveyed that to us.

They are open 24/7. That alone is a reason to recommend them. Beyond that, they are very caring and friendly. The place is well organized and very clean. They even have a pet area outside in case your pet needs to go to the bathroom. The prices are reasonable and they are happy to treat your pet to whatever level you are comfortable with.

The staff across the board is excellent but I would have to mention Dr Mampe in particular because she took care of my big boy JC!
