Very happy with Emergency care.

Every single one of those fabulous ladies are rock stars! The front desk ladies were absolutely amazing!!! they made getting there and getting my cat in so easy. The vet techs! They were the kindest and most knowledgeable vet techs I have ever spoken to in my life. Dr Q! She knew exactly what to prescribe, knew exactly what my cat needed and saved her! Every single person there that night deserves a raise. These ladies are angels!!!!! ANGELS!!!! Layla is doing very well now, peacefully taking a nap after having 3 meals so far today. May everyone on your staff be showered with blessings. THANK YOU!!!

The attention was very good

Joe, Abbey's nurse was very kind, informative and caring. I could tell he was as happy for my cat Abby as I was when we got the good news about her. He stayed with us until we were discharged to make sure we did not need anything!!! What a SWEET young man keep him!!

Star Wars Michelle at the reception desk is outstanding. She knows you by name and your dog my name and connects with people. The rest of the staff follow suit. Amy, Dr. Weinstein's tech spent a lot of time talking and communicating with us so mommy and daddy were calm when separated from the patient

My cat Merp wouldn't be alive right now without the expert medical care that was provided at VECC. I am so grateful for all your efforts and hard work saving his life. Every person that I interacted with was kind compassionate and understanding of what I was going through. Thank you so so much from Merp, & I for everything.
