My gsd had an eye issue and we booked an appointment with Dr Reynolds. He is very caring and knowledgeable. He has such a calm manner, that is reassuring.

It's definitely life saving for your loved animals but it wipes you out on costs. We just load up credit cards to pay as there's no payment plans and all money for low estimates which are usually high - must be paid. I recently saw they allow affirm so that is a first for payments to allow for some breathing room.

Very knowledgeable, very understanding and cooperative staff. At no point in time today pressure me to do the surgery or anything like that. It was never about money in my opinion as they truly care
