They were very nice and took good care of my dog while she was there getting her eyes checked.

I would like to recognize the entire staff that helped me. From the two ladies at the front desk, the two ladies that took care of me filling out the paperwork, explaining the muzzle types and definitely the Doctor. If I have forgotten anyone, please accept my apology and include them by letting them know I send sincere thank you to each and everyone at VE+CC

I have a rather difficult cat, but the staff was incredibly patient and helpful getting her the help she needed. Dr Fasanella was especially helpful in arranging for an appointment for my cat sooner than originally scheduled.

Dr Reynolds did a great job with our puppy Zeke. His cherry eye surgery was a success, and we are so grateful. It was comforting to know that Dr. Reynolds had an ophthalmology advanced degree. We would highly recommend him.

The doctor and staff were great, and most importantly, Tootie received excellent care. My only complaint is the wait time. I showed up 25 minutes early like the responsible pet parent I am… only to see the doctor nearly an hour AFTER my scheduled appointment time. 😂 I completely understand that emergencies happen, especially at a specialty practice, but when the bill makes your own eyes water, you'd hope the appointment time would be taken a little more seriously too. 😂 That being said, they took great care of Tootie, which is obviously what matters most. I'd just love to see the scheduling and wait times improve—especially considering the premium pricing.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Reynolds and the care he provided for our tiny puppy, Piper. At just 14 weeks old, Piper was facing an incredibly serious corneal ulcer that had damaged nearly 70% of the thickness of her cornea. We were terrified that we were going to lose her eye — and potentially her vision. Dr. Reynolds took the time to explain everything, answer all of our questions, and give us hope when we were absolutely terrified. He performed the surgery to save Piper's eye, and he treated our little girl with such incredible skill, compassion, and care. The entire experience was stressful and emotional for our family, but knowing Piper was in Dr. Reynolds' hands gave us so much reassurance. He didn't just treat her eye — he gave us the chance to keep her eye and hopefully preserve her vision. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Reynolds and the entire staff at LVVSC for everything they did for our little Piper.. Thank you for taking such amazing care of our baby. ❤️🐾

All staff were friendly and accommodating for my baby girl. Kiwi has non standard ways. It was imperative that family was allowed to visit with her during her stay. 24 hour emergency care has been a blessing to us more than a couple of times. Peace of mind knowing that you are just within minutes of my door.
