Previous experience with your facility and physicians/staff. This recent visit was much the same with a competent and complete evaluation, care, and facilitating the follow up visit.

You are simply miracle workers! I thought my dog in this week assuming I would be told immediately to put her to sleep. I have next to no hope at all. I had to wheel her in on a dolly in her kennel because she couldnt even stand up. I picked up meds and gave them to her that very night and the next day came home from work and my dog was up and walking. This morning she got up and went to my bedroom door as if to be let out. Something she could not do at all before. I just watched stunned and followed her to see what she was up to. She proceeded down the stairs one at a time, something unthinkable just two days before. She the. Proceeded to ask to be let outside. Something she hasn't done in months. She is eating now, after losing nearly 30 pounds! Even if she does pass away later you have given me hope and joy vs watching my dog suffer. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. This dog is at the center of my entire joy and happiness and you have no idea what this means to me. She is the service dog for my autistic daughter.

Every single one of those fabulous ladies are rock stars! The front desk ladies were absolutely amazing!!! they made getting there and getting my cat in so easy. The vet techs! They were the kindest and most knowledgeable vet techs I have ever spoken to in my life. Dr Q! She knew exactly what to prescribe, knew exactly what my cat needed and saved her! Every single person there that night deserves a raise. These ladies are angels!!!!! ANGELS!!!! Layla is doing very well now, peacefully taking a nap after having 3 meals so far today.
