My dog had a surgery on April 8th and all I can say was the most positive things about this facility, everyone was very nice and if in need of anything I'll be gladly coming back here!

Chris was a blessing to work with, he answered follow up question when he knew the answer and when he did not, he did not give information, he said he would check with the Vet and get back to me, which he did in a timely manner. It was refreshing and appreciated.

Prompt thorough caring

It was recommended from my veterinarian. They were very nice, very straight forward with cost estimates and how we could pay, staff was friendly, worked quickly and were very helpful.

Dr Braaten and Sara were very caring and helpful for my 16 yr old pekingese. My baby had maggots on her vulva and anus that it was so unbearable for her and for me! I took her to the vet and all he did was flush it with peroxide and washed her. I asked for antibiotics and pain meds but he only told me to have her take her gabapentin that was prescribed for her seizures/pain. Instead I took her to the er. They gave her this med called capstar that kills the maggots and falls out her body and buprenorhine for pain. Piper slept all day except when she needed to poop or pee. She whines when she needed to go. She didnt have an appetite! That i was afraid of. The nurse told me her body is just getting adjusted to the meds and to give it a couple of days otherwise bring her in. Piper began to walk a little just wobbly at times. The next day shes been eating! But overall shes doing ok! Thank you Dr and Sara especially staff ! I highly recommend!

Dr. Mordecai is very knowledgeable, understanding and kind. The front desk staff is welcoming, Meg is always pleasant and helpful.

Everyone was nice and explained things well.
