There was adequate and knowledgeable staff on duty to quickly address my concerns. They outlined a clear and reasonable possible treatment plan and provided estimates of cost up front. I was also given information on how to contact and communicate with the clinic.

Dr Adam Mordecai is gone above and beyond each time for me. His demeanor is perfect, is understanding and listening ability is so great and essentially he saved my dog when everyone else wanted to euthanize. He is talented professional wise and in all around decent person.

Excellent and prompt customer service! The staff is knowledgeable, caring, and courteous. They are always available to provide the highest level of care for my pet when he needs it most. I truly appreciate their professionalism and compassion.

Staff friendly at first initial visit, I was I worried as this was a clinic across town for me. Staff were open to answering all questions and did not feel rushed out or rushed to make a decision.
