I don't remember there name but ortho team are great and some of front desk girls

All staff were very caring.Dr Geitzen was very specific in answering all my questions and all encompassing.I feel she really cares a lot for her patients and doesn't make you feel rushed or like your just another number.

From the front office clerks and the Great specialized team of doctors and everyone in between that helped my baby Willy get better what a great team of energy and professionalism took place here. I'm very happy and will recommend to others thanks again to this amazing team

The knowledge & friendliness of the staff. The later hours of operation are a big help also.

Even with as much as I've read, I still feel like a doofus with what Bianca is facing. So I relied on what our Mom taught us: "One never gets a second chance to make a first impression." If the place didn't pass company muster inspection standards from the moment I walked in, I was leaving. Being a Marine, that set the bar very high. I walked in and was very impressed with the layout. Instead of a big arena where all the dogs could interact, the waiting room was segmented into cubicle-like areas offering some separation. Especially good for Boomer whom I bring for socialization but thinks everywhere he goes is daycare.

Dr. Allen and the ladies at the front desk were extremely caring and professional and I did not mind the long wait because they were taking care of numerous other animals at the same.

Great care for my pup before and after surgery. Very thorough in the after care instruction and how to get my pup back on his paws.

Excellent care, and detailed explanation of care plan, didnt feel rushed at all
