All staff were very caring.Dr Geitzen was very specific in answering all my questions and all encompassing.I feel she really cares a lot for her patients and doesn't make you feel rushed or like your just another number.

Even with as much as I've read, I still feel like a doofus with what Bianca is facing. So I relied on what our Mom taught us: "One never gets a second chance to make a first impression." If the place didn't pass company muster inspection standards from the moment I walked in, I was leaving. Being a Marine, that set the bar very high. I walked in and was very impressed with the layout. Instead of a big arena where all the dogs could interact, the waiting room was segmented into cubicle-like areas offering some separation. Especially good for Boomer whom I bring for socialization but thinks everywhere he goes is daycare.
