Dr. Burr is excellent and is her team. The front desk pleasant and efficient. I am able to stay in touch with the specialty team when I need and all documentation needed for filing insurance claims are easy and quick to get. There is one thing that was frustrating early on: when my dog was diagnosed with cancer, the first appt they gave me was months out. What I needed was to be able to access a consultation as I did not know if treatment would be chemo or radiation or if surgery would be step one. MedVet in SLC provided consultation/guidance . Surgery was to be first. As soon as the surgery was done, out of the blue, LVVSC managed to get me in sooner. It is unfortunate that we had to jump through so many hoops and essentially 'quality' in order to get a timely appt. Now that we are actually working with them, everything is terrific. And Louie is in remission at this time :)

I felt that the staff were compassionate and competent in evaluating my little dog and providing the intervention that he required. I have had many visits to the facility for my other dogs and cats and always felt confident that they received the best of care.

Care and service are wonderful. Dr Wood spent time answering questions and explaining the surgery. Would highly recommend!
