(I hope I spell these right) Dr. Herr was the first one on our Gus Gus's case. He followed him through all the way until the end. He had 2 other doctors we spoke with on Dr Herrs days off. They too were amazing. Nurse Carly loved our little man. She let us know she even gave him extra snuggles in the morning when she came in. She had no idea how much happiness that gave us knowing he was feeling that extra comfort at that time. The girls at the front were all very nice. The girl I think Sabrina? I could be wrong. She wears black glasses with the chain holders for her neck. He and I (Bobbie) spoke a few times when we were there. She was always very kind. Everyone there was. We truly appreciate you all. Thank you for trying to help our boy and giving us answers. Even if it wasn't the outcome we wanted. Our little man crossed the rainbow bridge on Friday 4-24.

I have been here many tomes before and will continue with you. I will also tell everyone about you. You guys are great. Thank you to everyone.

Bettina M and Dr Herr were very caring and communicated with us realistically. They both answered all of our questions and we felt they were completely vested in Lucy's care and recovery to get her back home when Dr Herr felt it was safe for Lucy.

Everyone are LVVSC is kind and compassionate! I've never had an issue and they treat my dogs with the upmost care.

Efficient office staff and I liked the assistants and surgeon. They explained the procedure and after care very well.
