It felt like the staff really cared and could tell I was in a vulnerable state. The vet was so kind and courteous while delivering the sad news.

The doctor took her time explaining everything so I understood all of my options and she didn't make me feel like I had to make a major decision but that we could watch Buddy and see if he would improve or get worse.

My dog has cancer and Dr. Burr has been amazing helping me from day one to his path through chemo in understanding and guiding us through his treatment. I feel like she has treated me as a family member the whole way through.

They were very friendly from the check-in to checkout. They spent time to understand the situation and answer any and all questions. It made me feel very comfortable about my treatment and options of the vets.

Dr. Geitzen!! She's so sweet and knowledgeable and EXTREMELY helpful. I can't thank her enough for the generosity and compassion she was able to show my family & our dog Roscoe.

We are so grateful for the exceptional care given to our dog. Our dog has been there a few times, but this time a sweet tech provided her with a bed in the oxygen tank and changed it out when she had an accident. Little did the tech know this bed was very similar to one our dog has at home and it made her feel so much for comfortable. We truly think this made a difference in her healing process there and we are so grateful.

Dr Herr was exceptional. Night and check out vet were understanding and so kind. They gave my baby excellent care !! The nurses and vet techs were also.

Dr. Mordecai and the team have been taking care of my 2 kids, Leia and Gunner, for quiet some time now (they're lemons). They have done so much for them and have always been so kind and helpful, from Dr. Mordecai, the techs, all the way to reception. I appreciate everyone of them and they have all done such a great job. You all are very much appreciated!

Dr. Fitz was amazing and we are very impressed with Dr. Geitzen as well.
