All the staff I interacted with was amazing. From the first person I talked to at the front desk and to the early morning (4am) calls I did to check in on Freyja. I am extremely thankful for Doctor Posukonis's care of Freyja. While I know Frejya isn't out of the woods yet and will most likely have special care needs for as long as she lives, I am extremely grateful for everything Doctor Posukonis has done and continues to do. I would also like to shout out to Hillary (I don't remember her last name), but I talked with her few times and she was there at discharge. She is wonderful and very knowledgeable as well too. Thank you!

Everyone at the specialty center was kind, caring, and explained every part of the surgery. They were very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Dr. Reynolds and his staff were incredibly kind, patient, and caring. From the moment we arrived, I felt that my dog was truly in good hands. They took the time to explain everything clearly and treated my dog with genuine compassion. It's such a relief to find a team you can fully trust—highly recommend Dr. Reynolds and his wonderful staff.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable Dr and always keeps us informed. She loves our pet as much as we do. I say that because it shows . She always calls when she says she will. And she really does care what is best for ginger

Dr. Norris was amazing. Not only because she saved my dog from certain death, but the amount of time she spent to thoroughly explain and ensure that I understood everything was incredible. She called me on several occasions and took an inordinate amount of time to discuss his progress. She's incredibly empathetic and it's obvious that she cares very much for her patience. I am very thankful for her.

The amount of caring by the staff says it all. All so amazing with me and with other fur parents I see come to LVVSC.
