Overall very good care. After hours waiting times a bit long, but i understand they are not fully staffed on overnight shift. Reached out to me with updates multiple times a day. Allow visitations and phone calls. Very friendly staff from front desk to doctors. Prices are high, but again it is an emergency unit. Dr Gibson and all of the other doctors were fantastic. So were the techs and nurses, Jasmine was very sweet. Very gentle with my cat, clearly was taken care off because he wasn't scared. And very good communication from doctors and techs.

The care we received from the entire team was fantastic. We coud tell they really liked our dog, a frenchie. And the result of the operation was that he is now completely well. A big thank you to everyone, especially Dr. Reynolds. Dr. Reynolds and his assistant (sorry, I can't remember her name now). Our dog loved her so much that when she came to get him, he gladly went with her. Dr. Reynolds saved our dog's eye from further more invasive surgery.

Late at night, early early in the morning, these folks are ready to help you through a crisis with you pet. Compassionate, caring, efficient all apply to the entire staff at VE+CC.

Dr. Strader was an absolute blessing for our family yesterday. We brought our puppy in with a broken jaw and messed up eye. She was very understanding and explained everything that was going on in so much detail for us. She took her time spending time with our pup and examining her. She eased our minds and our hearts. Our pup is home safe and recovering. Thank you so much for your hard work and genuine support.

I can’t thank the team at Veterinary Emergency + Critical Care enough for the care they gave my cat, Timofey. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern. They took the time to explain every step of his treatment and made sure I felt informed and supported during a very stressful time. Timofey received excellent medical care, and I truly believe they went above and beyond for him. I am deeply grateful and highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs emergency or critical care for their pet.

The staff cared for our baby Nugget with the utmost compassion and professionalism. We brought her in after she ingested grapes, and we were extremely stressed and worried. Dr. Valle was very transparent and took the time to ensure we fully understood the situation and next steps. Overall, it was a truly pleasant experience. Great neurology service by Dr. Gietzen and staff. Lots of parking and 24 hour emergency care.

My dog Leah needed a TPLo surgery and sin the beginning Dr. Sanders and her team are very knowledgeable and caring. Explain in detail and walk the whole process with us. Appointments availability were very convenient and able to accommodate to our schedule. I highly recommend this clinic and its staff. Dr. Lauren Sanders and her team make the difference. And definitely, we did not enjoy the final bill, but we appreciate all the care.

Was visiting Nevada from California when my dog started behaving strangely. It was 6 in the morning and we were in a panic. When we arrived, the staff was really friendly and calm. They gave my dog Oso great care and he was better within an hour Initial front desk person was really kind, as was the vet tech and vet with glasses. I was so impressed by how caring the staff was
