Our little Yorkie was chocking on a treat that was stuck in her throat. We were terrified! This clinic was exceptional! They ran all their tests, made sure everything was okay, and what to look out for over the next 24 hours. The veterinarian we talked to was so calm and knowledgeable! Thank goodness for this place and the people that work there!

You guys are always awesome. I've taken pets there for my job, and I've taken two animals to you that are my own. Couldn't imagine better hands to put my dogs and cats in. Everyone we talked to was great. The vets were cool and collected about my dog's situation when my wife and I were falling apart. It really helps to stop your mind spinning with horrible outcomes.

Staff were all caring and very attentive. Everyone at VECC were very compassionate and understanding with my situation I am very grateful for they're assistance going from the front desk to all the techs and Dr's. Thank you VECC. They are one of the few practices who have internal specialists that are able to dive deeper into issues others aren't successful in dealing with.

They saved my dogs life. She was crashing after a simple medical procedure at another vet and I took her there because they were closed. Really bizarre situation with my dramatic geriatric chihuahua. She was there all weekend before I felt OK taking her home. They allowed us visiting hours so we could see how she was doing. It's been 4 months now and she's AOK. Thank you so much!

Even though we were there at 1 o'clock on a holiday, our baby was seen immediately and got quick care. Everyone seemed well informed and concerned about our kid. They gave us lots of options and answered all of our questions. The vet tech that we dealt with was absolutely incredible. Even though I was in panic mode, everyone was patient and kind.

Everyone at the front desk was very kind. I didn't get the front desk ladies names but both were very patient with me and my father. The person who came to check on Polar Bear when she saw her sleepy in my lap to triage if she needed to be seen sooner was heartening to see. It confirmed that all though busy we were still on the minds of the staff. And of course a big thank you to Dr. Katie Gibson for helping us. She came in on a day of family and friends to help others go home with their furry family. Thank you Dr. Gibson for not writing off an old sick dog and giving options on her care that allowed me to bring her home. Polar Bear is doing much better after seeing you all. She's even eaten more!

We took our dog Raven here after going through 3 veterinary hospitals and 4 vets, with no answers for her gastrointestinal issues. It’s still the path we’re on, but now we have options and possible answers. Dr. Herr explained what could be happening and is doing what he can to find a solution.
