I can’t thank the team at Veterinary Emergency + Critical Care enough for the care they gave my cat, Timofey. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern. They took the time to explain every step of his treatment and made sure I felt informed and supported during a very stressful time. Timofey received excellent medical care, and I truly believe they went above and beyond for him. I am deeply grateful and highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs emergency or critical care for their pet.

The staff cared for our baby Nugget with the utmost compassion and professionalism. We brought her in after she ingested grapes, and we were extremely stressed and worried. From the moment we arrived, the entire team took immediate action and reassured us that she was in capable hands. Dr. Valle was very transparent and took the time to ensure we fully understood the situation and next steps. Overall, it was a truly pleasant experience. My dog Leah needed a TPLo surgery and sin the beginning Dr. Sanders and her team are very knowledgeable and caring. Explain in detail and walk the whole process with us. Appointments availability were very convenient and able to accommodate to our schedule. I highly recommend this clinic and its staff. Dr. Lauren Sanders and her team make the difference. And definitely, we did not enjoy the final bill, but we appreciate all the care.

Was visiting Nevada from California when my dog started behaving strangely. It was 6 in the morning and we were in a panic. When we arrived, the staff was really friendly and calm. They gave my dog Oso great care and he was better within an hour Initial front desk person was really kind, as was the vet tech and vet with glasses. I was so impressed by how caring the staff was

Today was a terrible day. We lost our sweet boy. He went from fine to lethargic, a swollen belly and unable to stand. We have had a rough few years after my son was diagnosed with a rare bone disease and we had to travel across the country for his surgeries and treatment. Money is non existent at this point. My son had just been released to go back to school today. We thought we’d be celebrating his accomplishments not grieving our best friend. This hospital was caring and supportive, even though I was emotional and an absolute mess. They quickly took our boy back, diagnosed the issue and gave us the awful news. A tumor on his spleen that we were unaware of had ruptured. She was so kind while explaining what happened and why it would go undetected until it’s too late. While it is heartbreaking not being able to bring him home, they didn’t rush our goodbyes. I am so grateful!

Absolutely the best place to take your pet for emergency services!! My little Maltipoo choked on a piece of food on Christmas Eve. She was in distress and I didn’t think she was going to survive. LVVSC took her right away upon my arrival. After a quick xray, it was confirmed that she had something lodged in her esophagus. The medical team immediately set up for an endoscopy procedure to push the food down to her stomach. This was all done in less than an hour. She recovered without further incident. I am incredibly grateful for their response time and for saving my pet’s life! A true Christmas miracle!! Thank you Dr Mordecal for your outstanding work! I highly recommend LVVSC. They are truly the BEST in town.
