my cat had been hiding in the closet all day and had eaten less than an ounce of food. I took her to the LVCC to find out what was going on. They had an ophthalmologist look at her eyes, which I knew had Horner syndrome, but he did a test to confirm it and explained exactly what it was to me so I knew what was going on. He gave me options on further treatment Dr. Strader treated her allergies and recommended ear drops for her inflamed ears. All in all, I think they provided some relief to her until her allergy appointment next week. The entire staff was very nice.

My baby got very sick, I called the clinic and relayed to them what was going on, I rushed her there, the were friendly attentive, and genuinely care and passionate about what they do.

Br. Burr was amazing as always. She is kind and compassionate - never arrogant or impatient. She will discuss and issue or information until you're comfortable with it. But, I want to give a special shout out to Leslie. I always wonder at the stress my pup must feel when locked in someplace that is not her home for an entire day. This drop-off was especially hard on me because she hasn't been eating consistently as of late. Imagine my surprise when my anti-social little gremlin immediately climbed into Leslie's lap as soon she sat down. Apparently they are good friends - and that is high praise from the fuzzy land piranha. So thank you, Leslie. You made my day much easier as well.

Your staff is kind and courteous and takes the time to explain what's happening. Dr. Mordecai was so reassuring and again explained things well. All 3 of the vet techs I met were really nice to me, but more importantly, to my dog. Everyone's caring was obvious.

When I brought my dog in and they diagnosed her with parvo i thought I was going to have to do the unthinkable but they came up with an in home treatment and no she made a full recovery theses guys are good

We were promptly seen and my dogs problem was taken care of. Dr. Fasanella was very informative of the exact care my dog received and what was going on with her. He explained everything that they were doing. It was easy to get seen and went there since it was after my vets regular hours.

The team here is phenomenal. They worked SO quickly to help us and the level of empathy the entire team had was incredible. If you ever find yourself in a situation where you need an emergency 24/7 vet, these are the people to go to.
