I always receive prompt courteous service. Doctor Posukonis is very knowledgeable and has given my dog Kylo awesome care. She follows through and rechecks everything in order to give proper treatment. Her assistant Hilary loves animals and shows it with her care of Kylo. The staff was attentive and efficient. Doctors are great. It was easy to get the medical records when we needed them. Overall, great experience given the circumstances. Dr Lay is next level. Doctors advise and care was much appreciated.

Quick response time and a friendly staff. The vet tech was empathetic and calming when my husband and I were nervous about our cat. They were friendly and really helped control the energy of the room. The follow-up emails with detailed information were so helpful. They included information about the visit, medication details, and future steps.

They saved Mister Bee Mine, my maltese best friend. The Veterinarian was kind and compassionate and answered all of my questions. They were there when I needed them most.

Overall very good care. After hours waiting times a bit long, but i understand they are not fully staffed on overnight shift. Reached out to me with updates multiple times a day. Allow visitations and phone calls. Very friendly staff from front desk to doctors. Prices are high, but again it is an emergency unit. Dr Gibson and all of the other doctors were fantastic. So were the techs and nurses, Jasmine was very sweet. Very gentle with my cat, clearly was taken care off because he wasn't scared. And very good communication from doctors and techs.

The care we received from the entire team was fantastic. We coud tell they really liked our dog, a frenchie. And the result of the operation was that he is now completely well. A big thank you to everyone, especially Dr. Reynolds. Dr. Reynolds and his assistant (sorry, I can't remember her name now). Our dog loved her so much that when she came to get him, he gladly went with her. Dr. Reynolds saved our dog's eye from further more invasive surgery.

Dr. Strader was an absolute blessing for our family yesterday. We brought our puppy in with a broken jaw and messed up eye. She was very understanding and explained everything that was going on in so much detail for us. She took her time spending time with our pup and examining her. She eased our minds and our hearts. Our pup is home safe and recovering. Thank you so much for your hard work and genuine support.
