It was very easy to be able to get an appointment quickly. The staff was very nice and helpful and the Dr's help ease my mind with the situation I was dealing with. I just really appreciate the feeling of our issue really mattered by all of the staff. The confidence of the Dr and listening to our concerns. Not feeling rushed by them.

We would love to recognize the night shift team for taking in our burrito and heal him with their knowledge and care. Great service and very caring staff! The wait time can be longer than expected but they do their best to help. Also depends on how much pets/animals are being admitted and the severity too. Night shift is the best! We are also night shifters too so we really appreciate the team! Helping us stay within our budget for our cat and help our cat get better :)

I come from a family full of veterinarians who all own an animal hospital on the East Coast. I gotta say the entire staff was professional and friendly at the same time. It's always a scary experience bringing your dog into the emergency room. I never thought I'd be away from my veterinary family but I felt right at home here. Our doctor was particularly professional and her manner was absolutely excellent given all the conditions. She was honest and candid and warm and we really appreciated her talents.

This place and the people here are so awesomely nice and wholesome. My husband and I took our 18yr old Boston Terrier mix in after a referral for surgery. They were extremely efficient and explained everything that was going to be done, putting us completely at ease (well, as much as you can be with your dog in surgery). Everything went great and we picked her up and were given a proper explanation of recovery. We brought her back a few months later for a second needed surgery for something else (she's 18, remember?) and again, they just made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Thank you guys all SO much. Panda loves you. Even though she's a cranky old lady. <3

Honest, thorough and decisive in diagnosing an issue. Even when there isn't an issue, your staff give me peace of mind. Everyone involved with helping Brad Pitt was wonderful! The knowledge of everyone involved in helping our puppies Is outstanding.

Our experience was amazing. The staff was amazing. The techs here are great! Dr . Hunter and Dr fuller were and are amazing Drs. We had Dr.Hunter as our Great Danes surgeon. She was wonderful and thoughtful and thorough. Daisy was in the best of care in Dr. Hunters care. What an amazing surgeon. Thank you so much .😊

Dr Olivencia was super professional.. he explained everything to me step by step so I can be sure everything was gonna be alright with my four legged baby.. I would recommend him 100% Even the recepcionist was amazing with me. They helped me a lot during my payment process because I tried to split my payment and they were really helpful and patient with me DR OLIVENCIA!! Keep up the amazing job you are doing and thank you so much for taking care of my baby My baby was feeling amazing after the surgery.. she was really active and I wasn't expecting that

i knew it was not a good sign when they let me cut the line and took my old man immediately back. front desk was quick, efficient, and neutral, which i appreciated. dr. valle is a shining star. this man is exactly in the profession where he belongs. empathetic, kind, and prepared to explain everything without seeming like he is rushing through. of course it is not cheap— it is an emergency veterinary office and they make that very clear. but i am grateful for the team here and how they made a hard experience significantly more streamlined. dr valle has a hard job and shone throughout without being patronizing or hurried. that makes a significant difference. grateful to the team.

Had to bring my dog here twice due to allergic reactions over the last 6 years. They were great on both visits. Thanks for taking great care of my boy.

People here are always caring and professional. Front desk - maybe named Kelly? explained my dog's condition very well. Also check in and check out were extremely efficient and friendly.
