This review is for orthopedic procedure. My small dog needed TPLO and luxating patella surgery after he stopped walking. We met with Dr. Lauren Sanders for consultation and she answered all my questions. I was able to schedule surgery the second day! Dr. Sanders, remembered my concern about pain management and gave my dog an affordable pain injection during the surgery called Nocita. I am really grateful she did this because the first 3 days are the most painful for any dog. I know the injection helped him because he had surgery on the opppsite leg with a different surgeron 3 years ago and he was very uncomfortable. Dr. Sanders did an excellent job! My dog was walking very well 2 weeks after surgery as if he didn't have any problem! I will try to post the video. The staff were great and quick to respond to any question or request i had during the recovery. The experience was much better than expected. We are now 9 weeks after surgery and my dog is happier than ever.

Out cat was limping and we didn’t know why. We had an MRI done that gave us the answers. Dr Gietzen explain the treatment and it was done. This was all done with consideration, kindness and empathy from the Doctor and the staff we dealt with. LvVSC is the only Specialty Veterinary in Nevada and we are so thankful.

The doctor took his time to explain everything in a way that we would understand. His is very compassionate. We would like to thank Dr. Benjamin Reynolds for his kindness and empathy. My 14 year old dog was attacked by another dog. Our vet suggested putting her down or calling the Specialty Center for surgery. She warned surgery would be risky and expensive. They did a great job, and she's now fully recovered!

The doctors are so caring at this practice and I would highly recommend them for any kind of specialist needed. Lovely staff upfront too. Dr. Burr who has the best bedside manner I have experienced with a veterinarian in a long time. She is empathetic, patient and very thorough in her care. She has been a godsend for my dog, Gracie who has had several cancer tumors. We also went through two orthopedic surgeries with Dr. Mason who is phenomenal.
