We had to put our 13 year old cat down because of cancer and they provided us a place 24/7 to do that with loving care.

This was my third time coming here for Mollys health concerns and I will say, this last time, although heart breaking, was very different from the previous two times. I could see and feel the love and care poured into my sweet girl. It was daunting waiting 2 hours in the ER but I knew it was for her own wellbeing for me to see it through that she be seen. Dr. Gietzen, the nurse who took care of Molly while hospitalized and monitoring her catheter. The front desk girls when I came in the night of November 1st. One was named Karly, the other girl, I didn't catch her name but she had colorful hair, glasses and creative tattoos. Everyone was very sweet. The majority of the staff are all wonderful kind hearted people with the exception of a few bad apples who couldn't be bothered to help.

This facility seem to have compassion for animals and fast service with getting you in and out of the rooms. I do feel the services were overpriced. I also feel some of the possibilities as to why my dog was sick were missed and not mentioned in the visit.

Would not listen to me concerning payment with my insurance company that pays for the entire vet bill. Too bad so sad. Off to California where there are better doctors and people that actually give a care about animals with disabilities. You just lost not only me but everyone I come across will know how pathetic your business practices are.

My cat saw Dr. Vaughan when he was still at this location and I can't thank the man, enough. Saved my best buddy in her fight with cancer. I am eternally grateful.

The ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful. Dr Erica was informative, kind and patient. Answered all my questions and I never felt rushed.

I would like to thank every single person of the staff, from the doctors to the front desk ladies. From my first initial call to make a consultation to picking him up. Thank you The compassion that was showed to me from the moment I walked in with my baby, The communication was top notch to where I knew he was in good hands. Thank you for being amazing. Thank God for LVVSC! My doodle had recurrent pneumonia, we were referred to you and after 3 separate ICU admits he got better < br />Nobody in the valley could have cured him Dr Mordecai < br />He is a caring person and really explained all of the treatments and options

Prompt care was given and I felt like the options for care were explained fully and did not feel pressured in any way to do a particular treatment. It felt very collaborative and considerate. I don't recall their names but everyone we interacted with was great. I'd like to give a shout out to the check in girl who laughed (appropriately) at my cat's name and made me feel super at ease with getting him checked in for care and assuring me that I made the right decision in bringing him in. She was awesome too in bringing the vet tech up right away to see if he needed to be assessed quickly instead of just having us wait in the waiting area. I felt extremely cared for. the communication and feeling like the staff genuinely cared about my cat.

My dalmatian Pongo has been under Dr Herr's great care since mid-2024 when Pongo's erratic blood sugar proved too much of a challenge for our regular vet. I'm grateful for the expertise of Dr Herr and the rest of the staff.

My regular vet was able to get me in to see the specialists at LVVSC immediately and they were able to definitively diagnose my baby. It wasn't the news that I had hoped for but they diagnosed him in one visit, were extremely compassionate and went the extra mile to make it as easy for me as possible.
