VECC saved my 9 1/2 German Shepherds life which I will be forever grateful for. They also X rayed my new rescue dog who I was told by a my local vet sho said he would need surgery. VECC could have easily said he need surgery but they didn’t. They said first try medicines and physical therapy. You can trust this practice to get a straight shot. The one thing I found disheartening was their weight times to come in the door, see a nurse, and then the doctor. As much as I love this clinic I am feeling I might explore some other options because of there long wait times, which I feel terrible about but I told the Clinic exactly what I am saying in this review. Other then this clinics potentially long waiting times, you will not be disappointed.

I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly and relatively soon after my vet suggested it. Answered all my questions, very politely and friendly and helpful. My night driving is very poor so they made sure that I had an appointment when it would be best suited for me. My dog's ultrasound was done very quickly. Dr Posukonis met with me after the procedure and explained everything in great detail to me. She patiently and calmly explained and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed to get out of there. She gave me honest answers, and I never felt pushed to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. Got in to see a specialist within a few weeks and was able to schedule my dog's tests right away

We had a surgical consultation at this specialty veterinary clinic and were extremely impressed. The resident & surgeon was knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate, taking the time to carefully review my pet's case and explain all available options. Nothing felt rushed, and every question was answered clearly and honestly. The staff made both my pet and me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I left the consultation feeling informed, confident, and reassured that my pet was in excellent hands. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking a thoughtful and professional surgical consultation. not feeling rushed and the thoroughness from the resident and vet surgeon.

Every experience here has been fantastic. My dogs will not go anywhere else.

My dog has neurological issues and seizures. We've been coming here for 6 years for neurology and a couple years ago for Ophthalmology for eye issues. The staff is absolutely professional, and my dog actually looks forward to going there and seeing them. Can't really compare it with anything else price wise or service-wise considering they are a specialty center that the average vet cannot perform. There's a spot below asking about price. Yes as any specialty center, they are not inexpensive by any means. However, when they are giving a service that no one else offers, and it is being successful, how can you put a price on that?

Everyone was so helpful and took care of our dog to make sure he had the best care possible. Everyone was great! The updates on our dog were very thorough.

My dog had to go to the Las Vegas Vet specialist to have her ankle looked at. On arrival, the staff were welcoming. The wait was fairly short. The doctors explained everything to me, so I understood. I liked the vet tech but I can't remember her name. She was so helpful. The care and professionalism of the vet tech and doctor when explaining everything to me were great. It might be a little overpriced, but I don't have anything to compare it to. And anyway, how much is your pet worth to you? Mine's worth all the money I've spent on her. She's family!

LLVSC has been great to my dogs over the years and it’s wonderful to have emergency care available after hours through their ER.

I've used both the Specialty center, and the emergency department for many of our fur babies. The staff members have always treated us with the upmost care and kindness. My pets have all been treated well and have never once refused to go which speaks volumes to how they are treated when we're not in the room. I've brought all my animals there for their specialty needs and will continue to do so. You guys have always treated us well and you have always treated my animals well
