We have been to the ER and the specialty side of this veterinary office, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The veterinarian took the time to thoroughly examine my pet, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions without rushing. What really stood out was the genuine care and compassion shown toward both my pet and me. It’s clear that the team truly loves animals and is dedicated to providing high-quality care. The facility was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern technology, which gave me confidence in their service. Overall, I highly recommend this veterinary office to anyone looking for attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate care for their pets.

Front desk to techs to Doctors, everyone was kind, thorough and invested in the care of our precious Lucy. Bettina M and Dr Herr were very caring and communicated with us realistically. They both answered all of our questions and we felt they were completely vested in Lucy's care and recovery to get her back home when Dr Herr felt it was safe for Lucy. Level of care was excellent

From the moment we walked into your clinic we felt cared for and our doggie felt the same way Oh wow I don't remember names, just faces but your entire staff are amazing they make the pets feel special and the humans too!

The staff was extremely knowledgeable, & kind. Beginning with the check in process, working with the Vet tech, seeing Dr Reynolds, and even the check out was easy. Chris, who I called the day after the procedure was a blessing to work with, he answered follow up question when he knew the answer and when he did not, he did not give information, he said he would check with the Vet and get back to me, which he did in a timely manner. It was refreshing and appreciated. the promptness of service and concern for Yoshi's well being as well as the follow up the next day. A very professional staff. It is extremely obvious that they all care deeply for the pets that they see and care for.

Dr. Mordecai is very knowledgeable, understanding and kind. The front desk staff is welcoming, Meg is always pleasant and helpful.

we were referred here by our vet because our dog had a herniated disc near his spine (which ended up being IVDD). the whole process was easy and supportive and made us feel that our dog was in the best hands possible. Dr. Dana Gietzen was very knowledgeable and did such an amazing job fixing Augie's herniated disc. also all the staff that helped us check in/out, vet techs etc... were all so friendly and helpful and made the experience as supportive as possible. The kind and empathetic environment & staff really relieved a lot of our worries and stress, and was very accommodating regarding payment options. thank you LVVSC!!
