Staff was professional and courteous. Dr. Prouty is amazing...professional, caring, and personable. I felt she truly cared for Pippi...as our family member, not just her patient. We were both impressed. Dr. Prouty's vet tech was kind and empathetic. How knowlegeable, caring and empathic Dr. Prouty is.

My dog Jett received life-saving care at this facility. The entire staff was the most caring and communicative I have ever seen. Being able to visit her while she was in-patient care was absolutely invaluable to us. I'm forever thankful for everything they did and advised for us. I had the most exposure to Dr. Quelhorst and Jett's primary vet tech that was tending to her eating/potty breaks. Her name starts with a K but I'm not sure how to spell it. They are both phenomenal and provided me with much confidence in Jett's care and recovery chances. Fantastic communication and updates all around the clock. The entire staff here was very understanding, caring and cooperative.

More or less chronologically: - strong referral relationships with general care veterinarians -- amazing interactions with staff at every touch point - sense of urgency around Fiona's eye issue - quick and effective resolution - complete transparency in estimate, steering me away from potential additional optional expenses Whoever does your hiring should get a bonus. Fiona is getting better every day, and every person I interacted with helped me feel less distressed about her prognosis.

Took great care of my senior dog when she had a seizure.

When your pet has an emergency, it's reassuring to know there is a clinic open 24/7. All three of our dogs has been a patient here at one point. Each time, the doctor, techs and receptionists have been sympathetic and wonderful. The people there really seem to care about animals.

The competence, the caring, the follow through, the ability to get concerns dealt with promptly are the reason I love this place. My dog would not be around today had it not been for this center and Dr Burr. I thank everyone there for giving our Merry Sue Christmas a longer quality of life.

VECC saved my 9 1/2 German Shepherds life which I will be forever grateful for. They also X rayed my new rescue dog who I was told by a my local vet sho said he would need surgery. VECC could have easily said he need surgery but they didn’t. They said first try medicines and physical therapy. You can trust this practice to get a straight shot. The one thing I found disheartening was their weight times to come in the door, see a nurse, and then the doctor. As much as I love this clinic I am feeling I might explore some other options because of there long wait times, which I feel terrible about but I told the Clinic exactly what I am saying in this review. Other then this clinics potentially long waiting times, you will not be disappointed.

I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly and relatively soon after my vet suggested it. Answered all my questions, very politely and friendly and helpful. My night driving is very poor so they made sure that I had an appointment when it would be best suited for me. My dog's ultrasound was done very quickly. Dr Posukonis met with me after the procedure and explained everything in great detail to me. She patiently and calmly explained and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed to get out of there. She gave me honest answers, and I never felt pushed to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. Got in to see a specialist within a few weeks and was able to schedule my dog's tests right away
