The Dr.'s assistants are very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Mordecai is fantastic. He answers any questions that I have and explains everything he is doing to help my dog to get better. Every employee at LVVSC that I come into contact with whether Medical or clerical, are all very concerned about my Milos health and ask how he is doing, and acknowledge me and say hello. Dr. Mordecai has been diligently working on the correct medication to help my Milo to get better.

Everything from making an appointment to contacting the office for any reason, is very easy. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr Weinstein is great! Staff and Dr being so kind and professional

I recently took my dog in as an emergency visit. All staff were very friendly, caring, and compassionate from the phone call, to walking in, being seen, to walking out. I did not feel judged for any decisions made and the Tech and Dr had so much patience with me, and answered every question in detail. I was nervous coming in as I didn’t know what to expect from an emergency hospital for pets, but I felt very comfortable. They did not run any unnecessary tests, explained everything and all options in complete detail, including financial costs upfront. They were compassionate, and patient. Everyone on staff was great! We were seen quickly and sent on our way with medicine for our pet. The vet and front staff and nurse were all fantastic!
