We cannot thank the staff and doctors enough for the outstanding care they provided our dog Nigel after a vicious pitbull attack while we were in Lake Havasu. They took us in quickly as an emergency transfer and handled everything with professionalism, compassion, and expertise. Everything was clean and professional. Nurses and doctors alike sat down and took their time to explain and answer my questions so I could make an informed decision. Every single person I interracted with were super nice and knowledgable. My cat ended up needing a night of hospitalization and they were super upfront with costs and not overcharging like many other places Ive been to in the past. I hope I won't need to visit them again but if I do this is the place I would go without a doubt. Thank you Dr. Valle and Dr.Hughes and all the nurses and Adrianna at reception.
