From start to finish absolutely excellent 1. Answered my emergency call promptly put me on with a medic who further answered my questions. 2. Granted me immediate appointment. 3. Met me at the front desk with prompt registration. 4. Sent a medic out immediately to see my dog and answer my questions and assess her 5. and took her right back. 6. Very shortly the Australian veterinarian came out to talk to me. He was very informative very knowledgeable. Explained things to me in common terms gave me choices and was very calm. He could not have been better. I would recommend this Dr to anyone in the world. 7. The price was not bad for an emergency. 8. They checked me out with ease, gave me instructions written down and reassurance that they were open all night. 100% EXCELLENT

All staff was great. The only problem was with the parking. You need your own building with your own parking lot.
