Sorry I cannot remember their names! They are always nice and they listen to me.

I have been taking my dog Franky to the optometrist veterinarian there for 3 years. He is knowledgeable, listens, and is informative. The front desk is helpful and nice, too.

Daisy was handled with gentleness and care. The surgeon seems have great skills. Daisy did not have to wait for treatment. EVERYONE treated my dog and me very well. She is already working at regaining her ambulation skills. THANK YOU!!

Care is amazing; Dr's are top notch; staff is wonderful. Only criticism is that costs are just so prohibitive and for most people they wouldn't be able to afford for the care of their pets

I am impressed with the care and attention my pet and I receive during this issue. The staff, the receptionist to the technicians and doctors. They took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions.

From the time I called about an emergency with our dog, to the time we brought her the E.R., to the follow up with the neurology staff and doctor, we truly felt our pup was in safe, caring hands. And, we got all our questions answered to help her as best we can going forward.

The care by DR Olivencia was outstanding! This vet is kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable of canine orthopedics. Our dog, Booger, broke all the carpels in his paw. Dr Olivencia set his paw to perfection, using the splint technique. Unfortunately, Booger, who is part chihuahua, wasn't eligible for the pinning technique, because of his size. Booger saw another vet, when Olivencia was unavailable, and she was less concerned about details and the cleanliness of the site. He was developing an infection from the paw not being properly cleaned between bandage changes. The front desk leaves much to be desired regarding getting communication correct. They are, overall, friendly and try to be helpful. In summery, we're very pleased and Booger is again playing and using his paw in a relatively short period of time.
