Dr Brewer is amazing and the Tech that came and got Lacey to take her back was so sweet

By far the best emergency vet. After taking my son's service animal to her regular vet and spending thousands we never could get any answers or a diagnosis. One morning I couldn't stand seeing her in pain so took her to be seen here and they got us in a room right away. Doctor came in explained everything we did more X-rays and she found exactly what the cause was unlike the primary vet. Between the receptionist vet techs and doctor everyone was pleasant and kept me informed on everything. My baby was also comfortable as she took a little nap in the back after X-rays..

It was very easy to be able to get an appointment quickly. The staff was very nice and helpful and the Dr's help ease my mind with the situation I was dealing with.

I wish I could remember names. They were all great and very understanding.

Definitely Dr. Hunter for the care she gave Jersey and the assistant that was there along the way with Jersey's recovery. ( I never got her name but she was amazing). Lastly, Fiona went above & beyond when Jersey had an accident in his carrier. She just didn't hand me a wipe/towel. She got us secure in a room and helped me clean everything up and then bagged his soiled stuff. I was very impressed with her customer service.

My cat George was taken back immediately and triaged in a quick time frame. Everyone was very kind, professional and caring.

Great service and very caring staff. The wait time can be longer than expected but they do their best to help. Also depends on how much pets/animals are being admitted and the severity too. Night shift is the best

We were taken to a room with only a 5 or 10 min wait. Staff were great.
