Saw Dr Prouty for a Neuro consult. She was kind, patient, honest and knowledgeable. Don’t brush off any of our questions or make us feel rushed. We have a weird case where it likely is behavioral and not Neurological so there wasn’t a TON to discuss but she was thorough and gave clear direction. Only negative but still 5 stars. We first saw her at around 12:50 instead of 12pm appt, but she was apologetic and I understand emergencies happen. Just adding that for an honest review. Would recommend

Riley saw Dr.Spaulding afew days ago. She is such a wonderful veternarian. She spent so much time with the exam.....the whole time lying on the floor with him....so not to stress him out. He is 11 yrs old and has many issues. She also was very considerate of me being handicapped and had her tech help walk him out and put him in the car for me.. The girls at the front desk are also wonderful and the techs are for sweet and caring.

I unfortunately had an emergency recently and had to rush my baby over. Jasmine and Dr Q both were compassionate and calmed me down immediately. They explained everything and took the utmost care of Piper. I had total faith. They are awesome! I highly recommend

We are grateful to Dr. Hunter and the staff of LVVSC who exhibits exemplary compassion, professionalism, and empathy, delivering outstanding care under exceptionally challenging circumstances, despite the devastating loss of our baby Sofie Mari to cancer. We are indebted forever.

The staff was nice, they explained everything well and try to get me out of there faster. All staff was great The friendliness and everything else.

Dr Geitzen, Kelly the rehab specialist, and all of the support staff are wonderful. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and really take great care of your pet. Dr Geitzen deeply cares and looks out for your pet's best interest.

I cannot thank this team enough for the kindness they showed Jolene and me. Losing her was devastating, but the way this office handled her care and my grief made a world of difference. I left at 2:00 AM in a state of shock and didn't get to express my thanks then, but please know your work is appreciated. To the doctor who stayed patient with me while I was stuck between hard decisions: thank you. I highly recommend this practice for their professionalism and heart.

It felt like the staff really cared and could tell I was in a vulnerable state. The vet was so kind and courteous while delivering the sad news. The Empathy and Compassion was top notch.

They were very friendly from the check-in to checkout. They spent time to understand the situation and answer any and all questions and address any concerns I had. It made me feel very comfortable about my treatment and opinions of the vets.

The doctors are caring and sincere. They have multiple departments and specialities. It's a very convenient place to receive help for your pet. Dr. Geitzen!! She's so sweet and knowledgeable and EXTREMELY helpful. I can't thank her enough for the generosity and compassion she was able to show my family & our dog Roscoe. The way the facility worked with me on price and my budget. I'm not the richest person in the world but I'd do anything to care for my pet and the doctor understood that!!

Dr. Mordecai and the team have been taking care of my 2 kids, Leia and Gunner, for quiet some time now (they're lemons). They have done so much for them and have always been so kind and helpful, from Dr. Mordecai, the techs, all the way to reception. I appreciate everyone of them and they have all done such a great job. You all are very much appreciated!
