The vet tech was empathetic and calming when my husband and I were nervous about our cat. They were friendly and really helped control the energy of the room.

The employees were incredibly helpful, polite, and courteous. They greeted us with warmth as soon as we walked in, which helped ease my anxiety during such a stressful time. They took the time to listen to all my concerns and answered my questions with patience and professionalism. I never once felt rushed, and it was clear that the well-being of my pet was their top priority.

Overall very good care. After hours waiting times a bit long, but i understand they are not fully staffed on overnight shift. Reached out to me with updates multiple times a day. Allow visitations and phone calls. Very friendly staff from front desk to doctors. Prices are high, but again it is an emergency unit.

The care we received from the entire team was fantastic. We coud tell they really liked our dog, a frenchie. And the result of the operation was that he is now completely well. A big thank you to everyone, especially Dr. Reynolds.

Professional staff, thorough exams, spelled out options well

Two visits within 4 hours of my precious pup having seizures. They were compassionate and caring and took her right in for treatment. She stayed in the hospital for two days getting the best care and love from the staff overseeing her care and the care of many many other babies.
