Overall experience with communication and treatment We don't recall names but the staff were all very professional. We've been to many Vets and ER's over our many years and what makes customers upset is when you hear staff laughing and messing around when you sitting there with your pet. I know this is their work place but being chatty about what they did last night or that they are going cloths shopping tomorrow is the last thing a concerned customer wants to hear….. that was not the case here! Professional :) Quick to get us into a room during this stressful time…. Put us more at ease….. 1st impression is the everlasting impression one remembers

The staff took didn't rush me out the door, took their time to answer any question's I may have and genuinely cared for my dog Max! Dr. Hunter and Dr. Grimely - they were awesome I felt like they genuinely care for my pet and provided options

Staff and Ophthalmologist were as wonderful as they could possibly be. The Dr listened and was so thorough. His nurse was amazing and was down on the floor with our kitten. They were very caring and compassionate toward all of us. The front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful and supportive. All 4 people we interacted with on our visit. Compassion

I brought my love of my life dog “Sundae”suffering from heart failure, We thought we was going to lose her that day but HUGE thanks to the great staff doing what they all do best made it possible to allow her more valuable precious time with us, they are by far the best of the best I would trust this place with my own life if that would be possible but unfortunately isn’t, We took her tonight her primary vet for a follow up and did a x-ray and was told there were isn’t any fluid build up anywhere and seem like the medication prescribed is doing its thing! Thank you All so much I can’t think of any words how thankful you have made us. Dr. Kate Gibson you rock!

Everyone on staff was courteous and caring. All services were explained and cost estimates were explained thoroughly. The DVM Orozco she was very thorough and patient and caring to the needs of our pet . The caring attentive staff and facility was clean and welcoming considering my pet had to be seen in emergency situation

I have been a Professional Dog Trainer with a large boarding and training facility. I, over the years have managed the care of thousands of my clients pets for over 45 years. I have dealt with the best and the worst of care over my career. I can say that the VECC & Veterinary Speciality Center were as great as any care center I have used. The efficient and warm welcome at the front desk carries on throughout the entire hospital experience. What is usually a highly traumatic and scary experience is made as comforting as possible. When you see your local Veterinarian and a serious problem comes up I would advise you to ask if VECC should be used as first line of defense. Lastly if your pet is a valued member of your household as ours our make sure you have pet insurance so you don’t have to make hard decisions on budget alone.
