I have been a Professional Dog Trainer with a large boarding and training facility. I, over the years have managed the care of thousands of my clients pets for over 45 years. I have dealt with the best and the worst of care over my career. I can say that the VECC & Veterinary Speciality Center were as great as any care center I have used. The efficient and warm welcome at the front desk carries on throughout the entire hospital experience. What is usually a highly traumatic and scary experience is made as comforting as possible. When you see your local Veterinarian and a serious problem comes up I would advise you to ask if VECC should be used as first line of defense. Lastly if your pet is a valued member of your household as ours our make sure you have pet insurance so you don’t have to make hard decisions on budget alone.

My dogs have been patients here through the years and I have always felt informed and supported. This last visit they treated our emergency and I was informed of options for treatment which I felt was very honest and it was easy to trust the Veterinarian's opinion. I was in such a panic I don't remember anyone by name but every need of mine felt like they were just looking out for the best for me and Lil man the overall experience with emphasis on care

Very kind and caring staff. All great! Getting to see Dr. Fitz again. The staff and especially Dr. Fitz are caring and understanding. Dr. Fitz takes the time to explain her diagnosis as well as listen to us and our concerns. We are very confident and satisfied with our experience.
