I couldn’t recommend an emergency vet any more highly than I recommend VECC. They triaged my pup as soon as we walked through the doctor and almost immediately seen by a doctor. I was able to be with my pup through every step of her care (other than radiology) even through procedure. When she needed further specialty care VECC got me a transfer to a specialty vet and a swift discharge and even carried my girl to the car for me. If you need immediate care this is the place to go.

It's expensive, definitely apply for insurance and or a credit account, however, the staff is incredible. I was a mess and they were kind, clear and patient ☺️

The clinic got me in same day! From the front desk, vet Tech, intern, and Dr they are all very professional and caring.

My kitty was scheduled for Internal Medicine through VSC. From start to finish, her first appointment went well. The receptionists were kind, the vet tech was kind and Dr. Mordecai was kind, knowledgeable, and was communicative about everything that was happening and maybe needs to happen in the future.

Internal medicine department has always been top notch. We saw a new doctor today and he was fabulous. He gave lots of options and listened to our thoughts. The techs are excellent as well. It was nice to see the tech we saw years prior would could brief the new tech on my difficult dog. I'm probably spelling her name wrong but Betina has been amazing to us for numerous years. She understands my difficult dog and is so compassionate and understanding. The vets being realistic and giving options as well as honest opinions

My cat was panting, and basically headed towards cardiac arrest. She was seen immediately. The thoughtful conversations that we had with the team members especially, Dr. Gibson really made a difficult situation manageable. The VECC team set reasonable expectations regarding my baby's chance of survival. Ultimately, they saved her life and she left the hospital. This far exceeded reasonable expectations. There aren't enough scales, numbers, rating systems to quantify my gratitude for VECC. Thank you. We love you all. You are amazing! Thank you, Dr. Katie Gibson.

The staff is always so amazing when we bring our dog in. She has epilepsy so she visits pretty frequently. They all love her and remember her, which make us feel good. Even at our worst.

Excellent care, compassionate team. Dr. Cooper and Sara were wonderful! Whoever was at the front desk was amazing as well! Dr. Cooper took the time to explain everything in detail. She helped to put my mind at ease and gave my dog the relief he so desperately needed. He is feeling so much better today, thanks to Dr. Cooper and everyone at VECC-thank you!

My pup (13 years old) has been in Physical Therapy with Kelly for 2 years. Because of her his quality of life remains stable as he ages. She is caring and professional. Hurley knows when it is the day for his appointment and all I have to say is 'do you want to go see Kelly?' As challenging as it is for him to get up he gets up and heads for the door anxious to go see Kelly. She gets more kisses from him than I do.
