Staff and vet really great. Instructions for surgery day could have been a little better.
The entire team was extremely caring and treated my dog and myself kind with extra care!! Yes I waited awhile because I understood my dog although hurt was not life threatening and that was fine. The front office was nice , the vet tech and vet treated my dog as if she was their own dog !! They explained everything to me including options and wait time.

Staff was professional and courteous. Dr. Prouty is amazing...professional, caring, and personable. I felt she truly cared for Pippi...as our family member, not just her patient. We were both impressed.
